The food was outstanding, had Egg Benedict and the ham was thick and the sauce was delicious. The wife had 4x2, pancakes, links, bacon and eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back next time we’re in town.

For Sept. 28- At first glance it seems Alice’s Restaurant in Skowhegan has that biker diner persona going on, but a step inside reveals real charm… nothing fancy, but quaint. And the food is outstanding. The busy servers and kitchen staff move everything right along, pushing out delicious looking plates, one right after another. I went for the Smoked Bacon Mushroom Fritata from the Specials board which was cooked to perfection. My friends had the Monte Cristo and a breakfast sandwich which were said to be excellent. The pricing here is fairly inexpensive too. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Highly recommended.

Great local breakfast place if you love the simple classics (which I do). Pancakes are huge! Definitely recommend you try it if you never have.

Staff was very friendly and personable. The food was fabulous as well as an over amount of a serving size. I literally had leftovers for breakfast the next day. It was very delicious.

Great breakfast place. Staff was amazing. Place was packed. Very affordable. Yes they had hot sausage and peppers and onions for breakfast. Monte Cristo sandwich was perfect. Full breakfast with sides and juice and coffee for$34.00 for 2.

Black Friday adventures started out with breakfast here at Alice's Restaurant in Skowhegan, Maine. This place is so popular and full of hungry folks. If you can't find a parking spot, use the parking lot across the road on North Avenue. Seat yourself and you will be helped quickly. This is a friendly cozy place to have breakfast or lunch. Placemats on each table to promote local businesses and helps with clean up. Got a very traditional breakfast. The cooks were so busy. Looks like the next time, pancakes will be my order. Brooke was an amazing waitress and checked on me frequently. Don't usually go out for breakfast, glad I did today...thank you!

Breakfast portions are huge for what you pay. Our eggs were cooked to perfection and the sausage links were the biggest I’ve ever seen and the pancakes took up a whole dinner plate. All the employees are super friendly and help each other with coffee refills and cleaning tables.

A spur-of-the- moment choice before going to the Skowhegan Fair. The Chicken Salad sandwich special was great. Diet Pepsi at $3 per glass was a little steep. A Diner type atmosphere
